For travelers

You can help make tourism more responsible. Share what matters to you before your tour, and how the experience felt after—so the businesses you travel with know what to improve.

How your feedback helps

Tour operators who use RTA want to hear from you. When you answer a short questionnaire before your trip, you tell them what sustainability means to you. When you answer again after your trip, you show them where they did well and where they can do better. Your voice helps them prioritise the changes that matter—and helps other travelers choose operators who take responsibility seriously.

What you do

🌱

Before your tour

If your operator sends you a link, share what’s important to you across 16 sustainability areas—from local communities to environment to culture. You’ll also see what they say makes their tour responsible.

After your tour

Rate how the experience matched your expectations. Your answers go straight into the operator’s dashboard so they can see where they’re doing well and where to improve.

One shared language

RTA uses 16 indicators in four areas—environmental, social, economic and conservation—so you and the operator are talking about the same things. Your feedback is clear and useful, and it helps responsible businesses stand out.
